Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Carrier Copilot. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.

Last updated: October 8, 2026

1. What Carrier Copilot is

Carrier Copilot is a subscription matchmaking network that introduces motor carriers to independent freight dispatchers based on equipment, lanes and goals.

We are not a freight broker, carrier, dispatcher, shipper or employer. We do not arrange, tender, book or transport freight, and we are not a party to any agreement between users.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for your business. Your account role (carrier or dispatcher) is set at signup. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and your information accurate.

3. Carrier vetting

Carriers are checked against public FMCSA records (USDOT status and MC operating authority), a questionnaire and uploaded documents, and re-checked periodically. Inactive carriers are hidden from dispatchers.

Vetting reflects information available at the time of the check. It is not a guarantee of safety, performance, insurance coverage or legal compliance. Users must do their own due diligence before working together.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. There is no free tier. Plan quotas (matches, intros) reset each billing period and do not roll over. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Commission between users

Any dispatcher commission is negotiated directly between carrier and dispatcher. Figures we show (for example "typical 3–8%") are guidance only. Carrier Copilot takes no part in, and no cut of, those agreements.

6. Acceptable use

  • No false information, impersonation or fake FMCSA numbers.
  • No scraping, reselling or bulk exporting other users' data.
  • No spam, harassment or attempts to bypass plan limits.
  • No fraudulent, fake or retaliatory reviews.

7. Reviews

Reviews are allowed only after an accepted connection and are published when both sides have reviewed or after 14 days. We may remove reviews that break these terms.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, fail vetting, or put other users at risk. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@carriercopilot.com.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, Carrier Copilot is not liable for loads, payments, disputes, losses or damages arising between users, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app before they take effect.
